We ship anywhere in the UAE. Here's what to expect from checkout to your doorstep.
1. Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across all seven Emirates:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
- Umm Al Quwain
2. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on orders over AED 300.
- A flat rate of AED 25 applies to orders under that amount.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another update once it ships.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your Emirate. Deliveries to more remote areas may take slightly longer.
5. Order Tracking
You can view the status of any order from My Account → Orders. We'll also keep you updated by email or SMS as your order moves through processing and delivery.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in select areas — if it's offered for your delivery address, you'll see it as a payment option at checkout. Please have the exact amount ready for our courier.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up with our delivery partner right away.
