Tokyma is a gym-accessories brand based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering bags, bottles, belts, straps, and other training gear built for the grind.

You agree to use tokyma.ae only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with another shopper's use of it. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order with us.

You can sign in with a phone number, email address, or Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity that happens under your account.

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• We work hard to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding.
• Product photos are for illustration; actual colour may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
• We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Tabby, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Placing an order is an offer to buy — we'll send a confirmation once your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.

The Tokyma name, logo, and all content on this site — including product photography, graphics, and text — are owned by or licensed to Tokyma and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokyma is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use tokyma.ae after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
